Back and forth action, all types of wrestling style, we did some pro holds (camel clutch, boston crab, etc), Jiu jitsu holds (arm bars, locks, chokes triangle chokes, etc) some catfight action (butt slapping and hair pulling) and some submission wrestling holds too (scissors).
