Please be aware that under no circumstances will an order cancellation be accepted. This rule includes, but doesn't limits its extension to, cases like: you changed your mind regarding your order; you want a different product/service than the one initially ordered, etc, etc. Obviously I won't replace a movie for another one just because you already have it and didn't noticed it when you ordered it or because you didn't enjoyed it.
Please be also aware that under no circumstances will a refund be issued for products/services you've ordered, unless some error occurred, for which Mutiny Productions was exclusively responsible. This rule includes, but not limits its extension to, cases like: you didn't enjoyed the products/services that you bought; you don't have or don't know how to use the hardware/software required to view the products/services that you bought; you made an error in selecting the movies that you wanted to buy; you made an error in selecting the format (DVD, VHS, Download) on which you want the product/service; your e-mail address is not working properly so you can't receive my e-mail with your Member, Credit User or Download codes; you sent me an incorrect or incomplete Postal Address, etc, etc.
All that being said, please never hesitate to contact the webmaster and creator of this website if you have a beef with anything you see here.
